The producers recieve their nutrients from the sun through photosynthesis. They also use the dew from the fog as their water along with the large amount of rain recieved. These organisms are consumed by the primary consumers who are all herbivores. The secondary consumers, which are typically larger animals, consume them. They are omnivores. The tertiary consmers are the main predators and eat the secondary consumers; but also the rest of the chain as well, they are usually too big to be eaten by anything else. The cycle continues on to the producers because of decomposers like fungi and worms which gain nutrients from everything else.
